GA: What is your company’s story, how did you get started?

CH: TCA started as a concept and quickly turned into reality. I absolutely love traveling with my son. During our travels, I noticed the various design styles used in hotels, riads, and villas while visiting other countries. This inspired me to dive deeper into the many layers of architectural design, high-quality furniture, and luxe living experiences.

GA: What inspired you to start your company?

CH: My son, Carson Alexander. I traveled so much with my previous jobs, and I missed a lot of important moments in his life. This made me want to start my own business.

GA: What type of clients do you like to work with?

GA: What advice can you give to someone looking to start their own business?

It is okay to fail, but fail fast. This was advice given to me in my 20s and I never understood it until now. You will have failures. You may have to restructure your business. You may have sleepless nights and wonder why you are doing what you are doing, but keep going! I have made many mistakes, but I’d rather make a mistake with $1k instead of $100k.
