Hey, loves!
Let’s talk about something that’s been on my heart lately: letting go. It’s a simple phrase but a deeply transformational act. Letting go is about creating space—for peace, for abundance, for new blessings. When we cling tightly to what no longer serves us, we block our ability to receive what’s truly meant for us.
Pluto’s transition into Aquarius brings profound shifts for the collective. This energy challenges us to shed toxic patterns. We must also rid ourselves of low vibrations that no longer align with humanity’s highest potential. As the planet of transformation moves through this visionary and community-focused sign, we are asked to release outdated societal structures. We should embrace individuality and foster innovation. This era encourages us to dig deep, unearth shadows, and heal collective wounds tied to power imbalances and control. By letting go of fear-based energy and embracing unity, we unlock the potential to co-create a future rooted in authenticity, progress, and higher consciousness.
Releasing is essential for manifesting your next level. It’s deeply connected to your Sacral Chakra, the energy center that governs our emotions, creativity, and ability to flow with life. When this chakra is balanced, we release fear, guilt, or attachment, making room for joy and new beginnings.

Here are 5 tips to let go and align your Sacral Chakra, so you can receive all that’s waiting for you!
1. Acknowledge What You’re Holding Onto
You can’t release what you don’t recognize. Take a moment to identify the thoughts, emotions, or situations weighing you down. Journaling is a great way to uncover these blockages. Ask yourself:
- What am I holding onto that no longer serves me?
- Why am I afraid to let it go?
Chakra Tip: Meditate on the color orange, the hue of the Sacral Chakra, to bring clarity and emotional balance.
2. Embrace Forgiveness
Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. Whether it’s forgiving someone who wronged you or forgiving yourself, this act unchains your spirit. Remember, forgiveness doesn’t mean excusing bad behavior; it means freeing your energy from resentment.
Chakra Tip: Repeat this affirmation: “I release anger and forgive myself and others with ease.”
3. Release Physical Clutter
Physical clutter holds emotional energy. Declutter your home, especially items tied to past emotions or relationships. When you release the old, you signal to the universe that you’re ready for the new.
Chakra Tip: Focus on your bedroom or creative spaces, areas connected to the Sacral Chakra.
4. Practice Mindful Movement
Moving your body shifts stagnant energy. Try yoga poses like Goddess Pose or Hip Circles, which open up the hips and encourage emotional flow. Dance freely in your living room if that’s your vibe—whatever gets you moving and feeling free.
Chakra Tip: Pair your movement with music in the key of D to align your Sacral Chakra. I’ve been streaming Daniel Caesar’s “Ocho Rios” on repeat because it truly speaks to my soul. Come to find out, it is written is in the key of D major! It’s a beautifully melancholic track that resonates with his smooth style and is set at a tempo of 128 BPM.
5. Set Intentions and Surrender
Once you’ve let go, set an intention for what you want to receive. Write it down, say it aloud, or visualize it daily. Then surrender—trust the process and allow the universe to do its thing.
Chakra Tip: Light an orange candle or use Sacral Chakra essential oils like ylang-ylang or sandalwood to support your intentions.
Letting go isn’t always easy, but it’s necessary for growth. Trust that as you release, you make room for miracles. You’re not just letting go; you’re making space for alignment, abundance, and your highest self.
Recently, I performed a ritual to release the version of myself that was holding me back. I took a piece of paper and wrote down everything about her that no longer served me—her trauma, her insecurities, her limiting beliefs, and her sad stories that I had carried for too long. With intention and love, I went to a park, surrounded by nature’s embrace, and burned the paper. Watching the flames consume those words was a symbolic release!
I let go of the surviving version of me, the one who had carried me through so much but was no longer needed in this new chapter. I returned her to the universe with gratitude, ready to step fully into the thriving, unapologetic version of myself. The transformation was immediate—lighter, freer, and aligned with my higher purpose.
What’s one thing you’re ready to let go of? Drop it in the comments and let’s support each other!
With love and flow,
Giselle
