Fashionistas,
Spring is officially in full swing! And you know what I love most about this time of year? Not just the warm weather and lighter clothing options, but the oh-so stylish footwear! With months of being in a winter style rut and having to pair dreadful snow boots with every ensemble, we finally get to swap those out for some playful sandals and pumps. Finding the right pair of shoes this season is key to revamping your style for the warmer temps ahead, and as much as I love pulling out those tried and true classics, every now and then it’s good to start incorporating new trends in unique ways. Instead of plain black heels, why not opt for vibrant pastels or floral print? Or why not take on this season’s 70s trend with platform wedges? I mean, the options are endless!
We’ve rounded up the best and brightest spring footwear that will have you rushing to get that much-needed pedi:
1. Ballet Flats
Flats provide an easy transformation to your look for any occasion, from work to nightlife. What I love most about ballet flats is that they are that perfect in-between shoe that goes with practically any outfit.
2. Strappy Slides
Perfect for your on-the-go style, strappy slides are just as functional as they are fashionable. Just slip on a pair with distressed denim jeans or a flared skirt and you’re ready to go!
3. Platforms
Standing at only 4’11, platforms are the one shoe style that are after my own heart! They lengthen the leg and are perfect for when you want to wear that floor-length maxi!

4. Block Heels
As much as I love a great pair of stilettos, walking around on those tiny heels all day without collapsing over in pain is almost impossible. Block heels certainly provide more stability and comfortable, while coming in a variety of colors and prints.

5. Mules
This season, this timeless staple has gotten a chic and youthful makeover, appearing in so many bright colors and sleek styles. I just love this understated pair from Zara!
6. Espadrilles
Have you ever sworn against wearing something, only to try it and find out that you absolutely love it? That’s how I am with espadrilles. At first, I didn’t know exactly how to pair them, but thankfully they come in a variety of colors, materials, and patterns to go with just about anything, from maxi dresses to denim cutoffs. Love!

7. Gladiators
What’s a Spring look without a fierce pair of gladiators? Seen everywhere on the spring and fall runways, this shoe trend isn’t going anywhere any time soon, and I’m so glad! Pair these with a maxi skirt or denim shorts for an instant-chic result.
8. Loafers
There is no such thing as having too many classics. And loafers are the classic that just keeps getting better with time. Still in heavy demand this season, this style has been reworked in so many fab ways – from feminine prints and patterns to multiple shades.

9. Flat-forms
When you want a look that is to-die for, but don’t want to trade in comfort, the flat-form is your best bet. And trust me, these will come in handy this season!
10. Sneakers
Who would have thought that running shoes would be all the rage this season? Sporty chic is certainly having a moment and I’m all here for it!
