I Could Read This Book Over And Over Again

In 2012, I stumbled upon a book that was life-changing and I believe it is totally worth sharing with my readers. It’s called “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle. This book is a powerful guide that teaches us how to live in the present moment and let go of our past regrets and future worries. Such an enlightening read!

This is one of those books that you can literally read over and over again. You can even read one page a day and still be moved by the information shared.

The Author, Eckhart Tolle, was even featured on Kendrick Lamar’s latest album, “Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers.”

Knowledge is power. This book helped me gain so much knowledge, and gave me the courage to operate in my personal power, daily!


While reading this book, I came across many themes that I found truly compelling.

Here are 5 themes from the book that resonated with me the most:

  1. Embracing the Present Moment: The book emphasized the importance of being fully present in the current moment. That means letting go of fears and regrets about the past or anxieties about the future. Staying fully present, we bring more peace, joy, and tranquility to our lives.
  2. Understanding Ego and its Impact on Our Lives: The book talks about how the ego — the sense of self that we’ve created — often causes unnecessary stress and suffering in our lives. Understanding how the ego operates and recognizing its tricks can help us be more aware and present in the moment.
  3. The Power of Gratitude: When we live in the present moment and appreciate what we already have, gratitude naturally arises. The book describes how gratitude can transform our lives and help us focus on the positive aspects of our lives.
