Hey, beautiful people!
Have you ever heard of the term ego death? It’s a fascinating concept that I’ve been exploring lately, and I wanted to share my thoughts on it with you all.
Ego death is a state of mind where an individual experiences a complete loss of their sense of self or identity. It’s a transformative experience that can be triggered by various factors such as psychedelic substances, meditation, or intense spiritual practices.
Ego death is also a term used in psychology and spirituality and can be a transformative experience in which an individual feels a complete dissolution of the ego or the self-concept, resulting in a sense of unity with the divine.
For me, ego death represents a moment of transcendence, where I can let go of my ego or self-concept and experience a sense of oneness with the universe. It’s a profound and transformative experience that has helped me gain a greater understanding of myself and the world around me. It’s cray because honestly the ego has been really helpful to me over the years. It has helped me gain access to worlds I would have never been able to access if I didn’t truly believe in myself and have a strong sense of myself in order to journey throughout life.
But that was back when the Earth itself was vibrating at a lower frequency. In fact, ego was encouraged, there were tons of songs that boasted about having a big ego!
But now, in the New Earth, in the 5th dimension of Earth, love reigns supreme. And ego is truly the opposite of love.
So with that being said: It’s time to kill off your ego.
Ego death can also be challenging and unsettling as it involves letting go of deeply held beliefs– like religion, traditions, friendships, and other anchoring ideologies and attachments to the self.
It can be a scary experience to feel like you’re losing your sense of self, but it can also be incredibly liberating! It takes a lot of courage to let go of who you were, so you can evolve into who you’re called to be. But, it is worth a try.
During an ego death experience, a person may feel a sense of oneness with everything around them, lose their sense of time and space, and feel as if they are experiencing a profound, transcendental state of consciousness. This experience can be triggered by various factors, such as meditation, and intense spiritual practices.
Ego death is often described as a pivotal moment of personal growth and spiritual awakening. It can lead to a greater sense of empathy, compassion, and connectedness with others, as well as a renewed sense of purpose and meaning in life.
Overall, I believe that ego death is an important concept to explore, as it can lead to personal growth, spiritual awakening, and a greater sense of empathy and compassion towards others. It’s a reminder that our sense of self is not fixed, and that we have the power to transform ourselves and our lives in profound ways.
Let the ego go, and find out who you really are.
