April 28, 2014- Atlanta, GA– The 2014 Road to Essence Festival was full of high energy, notable brands, live performances, empowerment sessions— and freebies!!! This past Saturday, Essence Magazine in partnership with Wal-Mart hosted the kick-off to the Road to Essence Festival right here in Atlanta, GA. I had the pleasure of working as a brand ambassador for Procter & Gamble, the company behind many of our favorite products including Puffs, Charmin, Cover Girl Cosmetics, Pantene Pro-V Hair products, and many more!
The festival opened up with live performances from Syleena Johnson, Avery Sunshine and closed with a crowd favorite, R&B Recording artist, Tank. The Essence Festival is celebrating 20 years of empowerment and entertainment at this year’s festival in New Orleans. Be sure to plan to attend this July and be on the lookout for the next stop on the Road to Essence Festival 2014!
