July 1st, 2014, Atlanta, GA / Giselle Ave. Media — Yesterday evening, KeKe Palmer took us back to the good ole’ days, when conversations across cultures could be shared on the big screen. “Just KeKe” is a talk show geared to combat the negative images of the younger generation set forth by our elders. I think it’s VERY NECESSARY! KeKe opened the show with a valid point, “how do you expect us to hear from our generation if you don’t give us a platform to do so?” Hence, the birth of “Just KeKe” a modern-day Teen Summit talk show full of energy and real-world perspective.
The show is so relevant; she is taking conversations from Twitter to the television! She is tackling pop culture issues that well all want to discuss. Best of all, she is doing so while living and utilizing the digital space. I really enjoyed her debut episode and I am looking forward to this season!
Why will the show be successful? KeKe Palmer has street cred, from Akeelah and the Bee to now, KeKe continues to uphold a positive image that complements her beauty and strong work ethic. She’s been in the game, since she was 9 years-old; she’s the perfect host and voice for this generation!
