What To Wear on Easter Sunday

Fashionistas,

I absolutely love getting all dolled up for church, especially Easter Sunday.  I remember being a little girl and watching my mom, aunt, and grandmother look so effortlessly put together in their pastel frocks, crisp suits, and wide-brimmed hats. I couldn’t wait for the day that I could get in on the fabulous fashions. Now that I’m older, I still get excited about the idea of dressing to the nines for Easter.

And while I enjoy being able to look chic while worshipping, there’s just something so special about honoring the occasion and wearing a beautiful outfit while doing so. You can never go wrong by keeping things laid-back and understated with simple pieces, but adding a pop of neon or mixing in floral prints is a great way to make a statement!

Have no idea what to wear? Get inspiration from five of my favorite bloggers:

Stella of Jadore Fashion looked Springtime ready in a knee-length, floral dress paired with leopard print stilettos. I love how the prints offset each other for trendy vibe!

Courtney of Color Me Courtney looked lovely in a vibrant floral maxi skirt and matching red blouse.  I especially love how she matched her accessories to the ensemble for the finishing touch.

Busola of The Fashion Stir Fry went daring and colorblocked with a pair of mint jeans, a black and white polka dot top, and a mustard peacoat.  She tied the look together with black pumps and a pastel handbag.

Did these looks help? If you’ll be at Easter service this year, what do you plan to wear? I’d love to hear from you in the comments below!
