Hello, lovely travelers! I’m Giselle, your favorite lifestyle blogger on Giselle Ave.
Today, I want to share with you 10 ways to add a touch of luxury to your daily life. First of all, what is luxury? According to the internet, this definition is ALWAYS up for debate! To me, it is truly a subjective term that can mean different things to different people.
Luxury or “Luxe” Is….
In general, luxury refers to something that is of high quality, exclusive, and often associated with wealth or status. It can be a product, service, or experience that is considered to be beyond what is necessary or ordinary.
Luxury is often associated with indulgence, comfort, and extravagance, and it can encompass a wide range of items or experiences, such as high-end fashion, fine dining, luxury travel, exclusive events, or bespoke services.
Ultimately, luxury is a matter of personal taste and preference, and what one person considers luxurious may not be the same for another. Nevertheless, I believe we ALL can experience a dose of luxury in our daily lives, because I mean, you literally are the embodiment of the term luxury in itself!

These tips are simple yet effective, and they’ll help you elevate your everyday routine to something special.
So, let’s get started!

Spiritual Baths
There’s nothing like a relaxing soak in the tub to unwind after a long day. But why not take it up a notch by adding some spiritual elements to your bath? You can use essential oils, herbs, bath salts, and even crystals to create a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. Set the mood with some candles and soft music, and let the stress of the day melt away. I’ve also gotten the skincare code to take better care of the skin you’re in! Trying out new ways to show love to your skin is also a great way to add a little luxe into your daily routine.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils and other aromatic plant extracts for therapeutic purposes. Essential oils are highly concentrated extracts obtained from various parts of plants, such as flowers, leaves, and roots. These oils are believed to have beneficial properties that can promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Lighting incense, for example, almost immediately calm be down! I also enjoy burning sage, which is a natural herb that helps cleanse energy and cleanse your space. These are wonderful ways to set the mood and create a relaxing atmosphere in your home.
Whether you’re meditating, practicing yoga, or just enjoying a quiet moment alone, lighting some incense can help you feel more grounded and centered. Plus, it smells amazing!
Girl Talk
Social connection is so important for our mental and emotional well-being. Make an effort to connect with friends and associates regularly, whether it’s through a phone call, a text message, or a video chat. Having meaningful conversations with the people in your life can help you feel more fulfilled and supported.
Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone
It’s easy to get stuck in a rut and do the same things day after day. But stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something new can be incredibly rewarding. Whether it’s trying a new hobby, visiting a new place, or meeting new people, pushing yourself to do something different can help you grow and expand your horizons.
Embracing the Present Moment
We often get caught up in our worries about the future or regrets about the past. But the present moment is where life happens. Take time each day to be present and mindful, whether it’s through meditation, deep breathing, or simply focusing on your surroundings. Being present can help you feel more calm, centered, and grateful.
Not Scroll on Social
Social media can be a wonderful way to connect with others and stay up-to-date on news and events. But it can also be a major source of stress and distraction. Try taking a break from social media for a day or two each week, or limit your usage to a set amount of time each day. This can help you feel more present and engaged with your own life, rather than constantly comparing yourself to others online.
Creating
There’s something incredibly satisfying about creating something with your own hands. Whether it’s cooking a meal, painting a picture, or knitting a scarf, taking time to create can be a wonderful way to de-stress and tap into your creativity. Plus, you’ll have something beautiful and tangible to show for your efforts.
Writing in Your Journal
Journaling is a wonderful way to reflect on your thoughts and emotions, and gain greater insight into yourself. Try taking a few minutes each day to write down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You might be surprised at what you discover!
Self-Care
Taking care of yourself is essential for your physical and emotional well-being. Whether it’s taking a long bubble bath, getting a massage, or simply taking a few minutes each day to practice self-care, make sure you’re prioritizing your own needs and taking care of yourself first.
Practicing Gratitude
I AM FAVORED IN EVERY SINGLE WAY!

Finally, practicing gratitude is a powerful way to shift your mindset and focus on the positive things in your life. Take time each day to reflect on what you’re grateful for, whether it’s a supportive friend, a beautiful sunset, or simply taking a deep breath in, and a deep breath out. Being grateful for the AIR your breathe is a great start!
