Finding Your Flow: 33 Signs of Healthy Feminine Energy

What’s up?! It’s ya girl Goddess Giselle, your fave uncut lifestyle blogger here on Giselle Avenue, and today I want to talk about something near and dear to my heart: feminine energy. I grew up surrounded by women. My caregivers included my Grandmother, My Mother, My Aunt, and my Older Sisters. I’ve been fortunate enough to have women that have taught me so much about the feminine energy that lies within — simply from being themselves.

I would notice how my Grandmother would interact with her Husband, my Grandfather.

I noticed how my Aunt’s feminine energy was always so bold unleashed, and she would travel a lot and take on new roles at work simply because she had the courage to do so.

I noticed how my Mother would always encourage me to be “perfect,” because, I am a reflection of her, and she is “flawless,” right?

I would take notes from the types of relationships my sisters had with men, I noticed what worked, and what didn’t work. I was always taking notice of the little things.

Feminine energy is this mysterious, dark, magical experience and it truly gets better with time.

Since 2017, I’ve been on a journey to heal my own feminine energy, and it’s been a transformative experience that has helped me attract my dream relationship. But let me tell you, it wasn’t easy. The hardest part was realizing that I was imbalanced and needed to do the work to heal myself. But I don’t take it personally, because in the western world, feminine energy has been used, abused, and misplaced in society.

Through my work here on Giselle Avenue, I’ve been able to create a space for women to explore and embrace their divine feminine energy. From teaching Zumba dance classes, to bringing in that creative energy for entrepreneurs to have fun in their business; I’ve seen firsthand how this work has helped so many women on their own healing journey. It’s been a beautiful process of growth, and I’m honored to be able to assist in any way that I can.

So if you’re feeling imbalanced or disconnected from your feminine energy, know that you’re not alone. Feminine energy is an ever-flowing, ever-evolving energy that can be life-changing once you learn how to navigate it!

It’s never too late to start the healing process, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Let’s dive in and explore what it means to embrace our feminine energy and thrive!

Feminine energy is a term that is often used in discussions of spirituality, personal growth, and relationships. It refers to a set of qualities and traits that are traditionally associated with femininity, such as nurturing, empathy, intuition, creativity, emotional intelligence, and collaboration.

It’s important to note that the terms “feminine energy” and “masculine energy” are not necessarily gender-specific.

Both men and women can exhibit healthy feminine and masculine energy.

With that said, here are 33 signs of healthy feminine energy:

  1. Openness to vulnerability and emotional expression
  2. Compassion and empathy for others
  3. Willingness to listen and understand different perspectives
  4. Intuitive and able to trust gut instincts
  5. Connected to nature and the natural rhythms of life
  6. Nurturing and caring towards oneself and others
  7. Strong sense of intuition and inner guidance
  8. Trusting and open-hearted

  27. Presence and mindfulness in the present moment
  28. Sense of purpose and passion
  29. Compassionate communication and conflict resolution
  30. Self-care and self-love practices
  31. Ability to forgive and let go of resentment
  32. Gratitude and appreciation for the present moment
  33. Unconditional love towards oneself and others

In essence, feminine energy is about embracing our softer, more intuitive, and nurturing side. It’s about tapping into our emotions, connecting with others on a deeper level, and cultivating a sense of flow and creativity in our lives. By embracing our feminine energy, we can create a more balanced and harmonious way of being that allows us to live our best lives.
