Hey loves, it’s Giselle here, your favorite lifestyle blogger! Although I love my frequent trips to the local beauty supply store, I know how convenient it is to get your hair products delivered right to your door. Today, I want to share with you 5 hair brands that I trust on Amazon, so let’s blog about it.
I’d like to have a moment of silence to all the millennial black women that fought tirelessly in the early 2010s to bring natural hairstyles back! We wore the braids, we did the big chop, we endured the hard questions like, “so when are you going to do your hair,” so that generations after us could thrive! I’m being so serious right now. Just a decade ago, natural hair was taboo, but now we are all rocking our hair in whatever style we feel like wearing and I truly love that for us. Although protective styles are still my favorite go-to’s, there’s nothing like taking care of your own hair, at home.
During the pandemic, I picked up a few new skills, including braiding my own hair. Once I started taking better care of my Crown, I was able to tap into my own Goddess Energy by showing myself love, and appreciation for the hair I have, and the skin I’m in.

If you’re feeling anxious about finally taking your power back by doing your own hair, then you’ve come to the right place! It does require one very important skill: patience. You have to be patient with yourself, and your hair. And speaking of haircare products, with so many options on Amazon, it can be hard to know which brands to trust.
That’s where I come in! Let’s dive into my list of 5 hair brands that I trust, and you can find these products on Amazon.
I get paid commissions from the products linked in this blog post.
Here are 5 hair brands that I highly recommend:
Shea Moisture
This brand is dedicated to using natural and organic ingredients for all their hair products. They have a range of products for all hair types, and I love their Curl Enhancing Smoothie for defining curls.
Carol’s Daughter
Another brand focused on using natural ingredients, Carol’s Daughter has a variety of products for all hair types, including those with curly and coily hair! #GoddessStrength I’m here for it!

Ouidad
If you’re looking for products specifically for curly hair, Ouidad is the way to go. Their Curl Quencher Moisturizing Conditioner is a holy grail for many curly-haired individuals.

Camille Rose
This brand also uses natural ingredients, and their products are especially popular for those with natural hair. Their Coconut Water Leave-In Treatment is a must-have for hydration.

TGIN
This brand stands for “Thank God It’s Natural,” and their products are indeed a blessing for those with natural, curly hair. Their Miracle RepaiRx Curl Protein Reconstructor is a favorite among many. Sending love to their entire community as they mourn the loss of their Founder, Chris-Tia Donaldson, in 2021.

Do What Works Best For You
While these recommendations are good for me, they may not be good for you. One thing I’ve learned about natural haircare it that it is a journey, and you really have to find your own routine by trying until you get it right. Patience is truly key! Right now, I’m rocking a sew-in install, with minimal leave-out and using growth oil to massage my scalp. During my next salon visit, I’m planning a hair detox to really get a deep cleanse of my hair, before my next style. Again, routine is everything!
There you have it, loves! Five trust-worthy hair brands that you can find on Amazon. These brands all have great reviews and are beloved by many.
