Atlanta, GA., / Giselle Ave. Media — I’d like to update my travelers here on Giselle Ave. with all the exciting changes that have taken place since we last spoke! I’ve been creating my dream life on Giselle Ave. since I started this company, back in 2015. Giselle Ave. is a Media Agency that started out as a lifestyle blog. Today, we offer various media services for clients in need of innovative business strategy. We also curate original content focused on music, style, and culture. Just last year, I was blessed with the opportunity to finally do what I love full-time and became a full-time entrepreneur here on Giselle Ave. My first year as a full-time entrepreneur was action-packed and included a bunch of highs, lows, and reorgs– but I survived my first year, and I’m still standing!

The good news is thanks to the exponential growth of my signature service, my executive board and I decided it was time to expand. This expansion included the creation of a NEW coaching business, called A Talk With Giselle.

As a business consultant, I’m eager to share action-based steps that help clients achieve results. I’ve worked with tons of brands throughout my 8+ year career in the consulting business including Northrop Grumman Corporation, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, AINS, Lifetime Networks, Mini Cooper USA, Intecoo, Girls Inc. of Atlanta, General Assembly Atlanta, Google, and Spelman College— to name a few.

This past weekend, I invited my boss-minded lady friends out for my first-ever BUSINESS SHOWER, to celebrate the launch of my new consulting business A Talk With Giselle.

I was inspired to host this event, because of a popular meme I kept seeing online. 

A Business Shower? What’s that? Now, I’ve attended plenty of baby showers, bridal showers in my day. But when is the last time someone was honored for having the courage to start a brand new business?

Of course, it’s one things to see something online, but who actually has the audacity to follow through with a completely original concept? Me, that’s who.

So if you start to notice a trend of people throwing business showers, just know I did it first on Saturday August 17th, 2019 in Atlanta, GA. #ATalkWithGiselleBusinessShower

The event took place at Ms. Icey’s Kitchen & Bar, located in Decatur, GA. I’ll admit— I was scared, I was unsure who would show up, and I didn’t know how things would turn out. I’m grateful for my girls for showing their support, and most of all— for my husband’s selfless support of me and my dreams. God is doing something NEW in this SZN and I can feel it in my spirit. Entering a new chapter is scary and humbling, but I’m fully committed to what this new era will bring. I’m so happy to be bold enough to simply go for what I want out of life, even if it is something completely new.
