Los Angeles-based Music Artist, Akajou, just released a brand new album.

We’re excited to share a brand new project from an artist on a mission to create music that uplifts and inspires: Akajou.

Akajou has released a few songs such as — Nexus, Dead Ends, and Clouds here on the Avenue; successfully building anticipation for his upcoming album.

Finally, the wait is over.

The official album — Akajou Is Real, made its debut on all streaming platforms on the iconic date of 2.22.22, and is produced by Sincere Noble.

Album artwork is created by Gregory Gilmer.

At first listen, this album feels like a sunny day in Cali, top down, palm trees, and passion.

Fuel for artists, creators, and those that sometimes lose hope because of life’s daily struggles. Art is life and is a great healing frequency for all.

This album is healing music, that was created from the depths of Akajou’s soul.

Such a dope project. It just feels good. And the production is CRAZY!

As told by the artist himself:

The album is a culmination of self awareness, self-reliance and street life.
