Reflecting on 2023
As we step into this fresh canvas of 2024, I can’t help but reflect on the transformative year we’ve bid farewell to – 2023. It was a year of self-discovery, a journey inward that allowed us to peel back the layers, revealing the beautiful tapestry of our true selves.
In the tapestry of life, every thread contributes to the vibrant picture of who we are. 2023 was the year we took a step back, delving into the depths of our own souls, navigating the twists and turns of self-discovery. It was a year of revelations, challenges, and, most importantly, growth.
Personally, I learned so much about myself in 2023. I was extremely uncomfortable with the amount of personal growth I experienced in 2023 and I couldn’t believe how quickly I found myself transforming into a new version of myself, what seemed like, daily.
I found out I’m not much of a french fry person. I adopted a new fitness routine that features an infrared sauna that gives me a regular detox session each time I work out. I got even better at saying no. I walked away from the “money,” and ran back to my peace. I took 90-days to journey back to myself. I became a better communicator. I got more comfortable with manifesting and listening to my own inner voice. I embrace and unleashed my Divine Feminine energy. I got better at channelling my own voice. I had hard conversations that unpacked family generational trauma. I set stronger boundaries. I traveled more than I ever traveled in previous years.
And most of all, I got back to my Why, my divine purpose in this lifetime.
Many of us discovered new passions, rekindled old flames, and learned to dance in the rhythm of our authentic selves. It was about letting go of societal expectations, shedding the masks we wore for far too long, and embracing the raw, unfiltered essence of who we truly are.
2024 Is The Year of You
And now, my fellow wanderers, 2024 is the year we celebrate the beauty we’ve uncovered within ourselves. It’s about walking confidently in the shoes of the real you – unapologetically authentic, unabashedly unique! We are in the midst of the Age of Aquarius, what a time to be aligned. One prominent theme of the Age of Aquarius is individuality. Aquarius is often considered the sign of the visionary, the nonconformist, and the humanitarian. During this age, there is an emphasis on valuing the uniqueness of each person and recognizing the importance of individual contributions to the collective whole.
Embracing authenticity is not just a resolution; it’s a way of life. It’s about accepting the quirks, the imperfections, and the nuances that make you, well, you. In a world that often pushes us to conform, 2024 is the year we stand tall, shoulders back, and declare, “This is me!”
So, as you embark on your travels through the uncharted territories of 2024, I invite you to carry the lessons of 2023 with you. Cherish the moments of self-discovery, for they were the stepping stones that led you back to your truest self.
